Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Proof of purchase is required
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used supplements and personal care products are not eligible for return, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
